Christmas & New Year orders & delivery information

**We draw your attention to our T&Cs which will apply to the delivery of all Seasonal Goods.**

Order deadlines and delivery dates

Christmas and New Year delivery slots are open. Please pay close attention to our last order dates, as after the Christmas order deadline, we will not accept any further orders for delivery prior to Christmas. Note that once a delivery date reaches capacity, it will be closed so we highly recommend planning ahead to secure your preferred delivery date.

Christmas Orders

*Note: A premium AM delivery service is the only option available on 23 December, with our standard £3 surcharge applicable to all orders.

New Year Orders

🚚 AM delivery available on Monday 30th December (*standard £3 delivery surcharge applicable to all orders)

📦 No collections are available between Christmas and New Year

Amendments and cancellations

We understand that plans change and so we try to do our best to accommodate changes to orders up until our Christmas order deadline of 8th December (with a minimum of 7 days notice before your selected delivery date).  This applies to adding or removing items to your order, cancellations and change of delivery date or address. 

After 8th December, we regret that we are unable to cancel or amend the contents of any orders or accommodate changes of delivery address or date.  This applies to all orders due for delivery from 8th December - 31st December.  This is to manage the workload of our small hardworking team and to ensure that any meat ordered or prepared does not go to waste.
